With over 15 years of unwavering commitment to security and public service, our company has evolved into a trusted name in the field of private security. Backed by real-world experience, discipline, and a deep understanding of safety protocols, our goal remains clear: to provide reliable, professional, and well-trained security personnel who are prepared for every situation.
As a former Chief Training Instructor with Indian Railways (Central Government of India) and a Senior Martial Arts Technical Director, I have always believed that security must be rooted in both mental discipline and physical readiness. This is why at AISS, we have implemented mandatory martial arts and self-defense training for all our guards—an initiative that sets us apart in the industry.
In my role as a fitness trainer for IAS and IPS officers, and as President of IHRC (Odisha State), I have seen firsthand how structured training, ethical values, and prompt response can prevent crises and protect communities. These principles are deeply embedded in the culture of AISS.
Security today is not just about presence—it’s about preparedness, responsibility, and adaptability. Security Training Services
We provide physical training to our security professionals which includes drill, physical conditioning & unarmed combat. AISS provides training to its security personnel to effectively handle any kind of emergency including personal protection, industrial unrest, liason with police and filing of FIR, record keeping of men, materials and vehicles. AISS provides training to make the staff aware of the illegal encroachments, accidents and report any breaches of safety regulations, unauthorized entry at the organization's premises, particularly at night.
BICL provites training regarding Customer care to the Staff so that they will be able to conduct themselves well and give an excellent first impression to every customer.
We provide special training to our security personnel to make them aware of the causes of fire, the types of fire, operate various types of fire extinguishers and other equipment generally used for putting off fire. At the end of the training session, the trainee is able to know what to do in case of a fire emergency; their duties as part of a fire fighting operations and rescue operations, and how to take precautions to prevent out-break of fire. We provide special training to have elementary knowledge of serious accidents and serious illnesses, give first aid to the victims under the circumstances of serious burn injury, victims of de-hydration, cardiac attack and electric shock.
